(b)     Departure of Director
On April 19, 2021, Jeff Epstein notified Shutterstock, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will be voluntarily stepping down from the Board of Directors of the Company effective as of June 4, 2021, the day after the Company's annual stockholder meeting. Mr. Epstein has served on the Board since 2012 and his decision to leave the Board was not a result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Epstein for his service to the Company and its stockholders.
